Online Mediation

At Mediation Resolutions, we understand that face-to-face mediation isn’t always possible or ideal. That’s why we offer professional, efficient, and compassionate online mediation services—a flexible alternative that brings resolution within reach, no matter where you are.

Our online mediation allows you to engage in a neutral, guided process from the comfort of your own space, making it especially suitable when:

  • The parties live in different locations.

  • There are sensitivities that make meeting in person challenging.

  • A practical, cost-effective, and timely resolution is needed without the stress of attending court.

With online mediation, you can regain control of your situation, reduce conflict, and achieve positive outcomes.

Contact us today to explore how online mediation can work for you.

The Online Mediation Process

1. Call or email us.
To begin the online mediation process, you can call Leanne on 0404 248 765 , email us at leanne@mediationresolutions.com.au. Leanne will have a brief description of the issues in dispute and the concerns you would like addressed during mediation. Providing this information upfront helps us understand your situation and prepare for a productive session.

2. Leanne will contact you within 48 hours
Once your application is submitted, Leanne will contact you normally within that working day or otherwise within 24 hours to make your appointment for your intake session.

3. Intake Session
The intake session is a private meeting between you and Leanne, without the other party present. This session allows us to gather more detailed information about your situation and answer any questions you may have. Leanne will also prepare you for the upcoming joint session, ensuring you are ready to participate effectively. During the intake session, the mediator will assess whether online mediation is the best approach for your circumstances. The other party will be invited to attend their own private intake session.

4. Schedule Mediation
If online mediation is deemed appropriate, the next step is to schedule a joint session between you and the other party. This session can be arranged at a time that is convenient for both parties, allowing flexibility in scheduling.

Book a complimentary 15-minute Consultation Session to discuss how we can best assist you.
