My executive career has focused on governance roles within the public sector and not-for-profit organisations since 2017.
I have since established a portfolio career, serving as a Chair, Non-Executive Director, and independent member of Audit and Risk Committees. Alongside these roles, I provide a range of governance services, including governance workshops, workforce reviews, annual report writing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Governance Expertise & Leadership
I am a Non-Executive Director and corporate governance specialist, with expertise in risk management, strategic planning, dispute resolution, and stakeholder engagement. I bring extensive senior executive experience across local government and not-for-profit organisations.
I am a recipient of the 2019 Victorian Women’s Network Scholarship and the Resolution Institute’s 2026 Hon Margaret Beazley AC KC Expert Determination Scholarship. I am also a Fellow of the Goulburn Murray Fairley Leadership Program and the LGPro Executive Leadership Program.
My qualifications include a Master of Laws (Enterprise Governance), a Master of Business Administration, and I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Risk Appetite Development & Review
An organisation’s Risk Appetite development or review is prepared in consultation with key team members. It is deigned to be an easy to read and meaningful reference to inform competing organisational decisions and priorities.
Procurement Review
A procurement review involves an assessment of existing practices against compliance, sustainability and ESG principles and includes recommendations for further development in relation to best practice standards.

Group facilitation is delivered to support strategic plans, business plans, organisational reviews and project planning.
