Workplace Mediation

Supportive workplace facilitated discussions and mediation
to resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and create healthier, more productive working relationships.

Disputes can arise in any workplace when people disagree on an issue or a series of issues—and those matters remain unresolved. Through workplace mediation, I support both employees and employers to address conflict early and work toward practical, respectful outcomes.

Workplace mediation is a confidential and structured process where I act as an independent, neutral facilitator. I guide both parties through open discussion, help clarify the key issues, and support constructive communication so each person feels heard. Where needed, I may meet with each party privately before bringing everyone together to explore solutions. The goal of workplace mediation is to reach a mutually acceptable agreement and restore a positive working relationship wherever possible.

I provide workplace mediation services across North East Victoria and lower NSW, including Albury/Wodonga, Yarrawonga, Wangaratta, Benalla, Shepparton, Euroa, Seymour, Broadford, Kilmore, Wallan, Craigieburn, Beechworth, Yackandandah, Myrtleford, and Bright.

My workplace mediation service offers a practical and effective alternative to formal legal processes such as Fair Work Australia, which can often be stressful, time-consuming, and costly.

If you're experiencing workplace conflict and want a practical, confidential path forward, get in touch today to discuss how workplace mediation can help.
