Mediation Referrals
Referrals are an important part of my work. I regularly connect clients with trusted professionals, including lawyers, financial advisers, accountants, and a range of local North East Victoria and southern NSW professionals.

I understand that sometimes conflicts need an impartial, professional facilitator to help people reach a constructive resolution. If you’re considering referring someone to mediation, you can trust that our approach is confidential, respectful, and tailored to the situation.

Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals can come from:
-
Employers or HR professionals
-
Legal representatives
-
Accountants
-
Community leaders or organisations

How the Referral Process Works
-
Initial Contact: You or the person being referred can contact us directly.
-
Confidential Discussion: We discuss the situation with the referrer and/or participant to understand the nature of the conflict.
-
Assessing Suitability: We determine whether mediation is appropriate and outline the process.
-
Scheduling Mediation: If suitable, we arrange a convenient time for online or in-person mediation.
Why Refer to Mediation?
-
Provides a safe, structured space to resolve disputes
-
Supports constructive communication and understanding
-
Offers solutions that all parties can agree on
-
Reduces the risk of conflicts escalating
If you’d like to refer someone or discuss a potential referral, please contact me to talk through the process. Mediation can be the first step toward a positive outcome.
